Returns
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Next Day Medical. Please call us if you are not happy with any of our products. We will make it right or provide you with a Return Authorization (RA).
Returns will not be accepted without a RA number issued by Next Day Medical customer service. All returns are subject to inspection. Any product returned that is unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.
A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all products returned more that 30 days after the date of purchase. Additional restocking fees may be charged on any product returned 60 days from the date of purchase. We will replace
or repair items based on the manufacturer's policy.
